The call room to room is not functioning. I complaint about the bes side lamp not funtioning but no technician came to repair.
Bell is not functioning.
The hotel only provide tea beg for two for family room which has 3 occupants. No sugar provided.
For the hot water , you have to take outside from the Coway .
As for the ironinng you have to pay rm0.50 for 1 hour

This hotel does not have an elevator, you only have to climb the stairs to the 1st and 2nd floor. It is not very customer friendly, especially for the elderly, the disabled and people who have trouble walking.

The room doesn't provide iron nor kettle which the management put them outside at the hallway for public use. You can stay here for our UTHM's event considering this hotel is the nearest to the University.
